VP Marketing & Growth will be responsible for managing and overseeing our customer funnel end to end, from customer segmentation, acquisition to delight and repurchase. The role requires an ability to empathize with our customers, hands on use of data and a creative outlook on problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Segment addressable market and build strategic plans to acquire and engage each
Acquire customers form online channels through design & implementation of marketing campaigns
Work closely with product and tech to engage and streamline customer experience through funnel communication
Use data to make informed decisions about our customer base through building key data views and analyzing business metrics
Spearhead customer value management across funnel to improve conversion rate, customer retention, order frequency, basket size
Lead in house internal marketing agency to serve other teams marketing & brand needs
Final owner of brand persona and communication efforts through online and offline channels
Acquire a deep understanding of customer pains and gains from the product
Oversee social media channels and live commerce efforts to create meaningful and engaging content increasing traffic and conversion rates
Lead gamification initiatives across funnel to increase customer order frequency and customer stickiness
Final owner of digital marketing & CVM budget
KPIs:
Performance Marketing metrics; CAC,CPM,ROAS,CPP
Growth Metrics: New Users, Returning Users, Retention rate 7,14,21,30,60 Days, AOV
App engagement metrics: DAU, WAU, MAU, Sessions
